PARKSIDE PARCELS 8 & 10
Two mixed-use residential buildings in Washington, D.C.’s Parkside community, featuring 230 total units and ground-floor retail space.
The Parkside Parcels 8 and 10 developments consist of two ground-up, mixed-use multifamily residential buildings, featuring 112 units and 118 units respectively, along with approximately 6,000 square feet of ground-level retail space at each parcel. Both projects are part of the Parkside Planned Unit Development (PUD), approved in 2007, and are located in Ward 7, northwest of the intersection of Minnesota Avenue and Benning Road, within Block F of the Parkside mixed-use community. Premier team members have previously supported multiple Parkside projects as preconstruction consultants and design peer reviewers. We are currently serving as Owner’s Representatives and onsite construction managers for Parcels 8 and 10, ensuring coordination, quality, and successful project delivery.
