The Fusion at Neon is a ground-up development located in the downtown NEON District of Norfolk, VA. This project features 237 multifamily residential units within a five-story structure built above a 229-space parking garage podium, totaling approximately 190,000 square feet.
Premier Contractors team members collaborated closely with the Bonaventure project management team throughout the construction and closeout phases, providing support and construction management expertise to help guide the project to a successful completion.
